Clean wash and soak poha for 5 minutes and drain excess water by pressing poha.
Then take a large bowl and add boiled potatoes,soak poha,red and green chilli,salt to taste, garam masala, lemon juice , curry leaves and coriander leaves mix well.
Now take small piece of poha mixture and give shape of tikkis .
Now heat oil in a kadai and deep fry cutlets till it becomes golden and crisp
